Thank you for using our catering department for your next Ministry event. Our goal is to provide you with the best food and service available so you have a wonderful and memorable experience.

Catering Request Process
Following these guidelines will ensure smooth planning.

  1. Schedule your event in EMS before meeting with the Cafe.
  2. Contact the Global Café Catering Department as far in advance as possible to schedule a meeting to decide the details of your event. Call 949.769.8130 or contact our Food and Beverage Director, Manuel Ochoa, at 714.272.9345. Appointments available Monday - Friday, 1:30pm - 5pm.
  3. Review the following catering menu to decide your food and beverage choices. Fill out and submit the form below.
  4. Our Food and Beverage Director will finalize your event. Upon your signed approval or email confirmation, your party will be confirmed and booked.
  5. A final guest count is required at least five working days prior to your event. This count is your guaranteed number. If no count is given, your original booking count will be our guaranteed number. As a service to your group, we will prepare meals for five percent over your contracted count, in order not to be short on food.

Note: Catering request must be coordinated in person, in advance. Our policy exists to guarantee client satisfaction. We will not accept emails or telephone calls to book events. However, emails and phone calls can be used in conjunction to meeting in person.

Breakfast Selections
(Minimum 10ppl required)

Morning Breakfast Platter - $3.50pp
Includes an asst. of cheese and fruit Danishes, cinnamon rolls, muffins, scones, stuffed croissants and bear claws, served with whipped butter and preserves

Bagel Platter - $2.75pp
Asst. freshly baked bagels cut in half and served with cream cheese and preserves

Stuffed French Toast - $4pp
Thick brioche sweet bread filled with brown sugar sweetened cream cheese, vanilla and crushed berries grilled in a light egg batter, then finished with powdered sugar and seasonal berries, served with whipped butter and maple syrup

The Works - $6.50pp
Scrambled eggs, roasted potato medley, maple cured bacon, Sausage and fruit salad. Served with ketchup and asst. hot sauces

Croissant Sandwich Platter - $5.50pp
Choice of bacon or sausage with scrambled egg and cheddar cheese

Buttermilk Pancakes - $6.50pp
Accompanied by breakfast sausage, scrambled eggs, whipped butter and maple syrup

Old Fashioned Oatmeal - $3.75pp (with whole fruit $4.75pp)
Served with golden raisins, brown sugar, granola, butter and non-fat milk

Freshly Baked Quiche - $5.95pp
Choice of cheese or vegetable, served with fresh fruit salad

Freshly Baked Burrito Platter - $5.95pp
Choice of any of the following & served with our house salsa

•    Meat choices = Oven roasted turkey, roast beef, pastrami, black forest ham, chicken or tuna salad
•    Bread choices = Ciabatta, foccacia, squaw, croissant, wheat or French roll
