Baby Luke Bateman!

Luke Nathan Bateman was born to Nathan & Stacie Bateman (and proud grandma Linda Carrell) on July 5th (5.5 weeks early).

Stats: 6lbs 5oz, 18.5 inches

He has been at Hoag Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit since birth where he is under close observation while he grows. Mom and Dad are learning how to take care of a little preemie. If all goes well, we hope that Luke will be able to come home this Saturday.

Amanda Richey

Amanda truly has a servant’s heart and a heart for missions. Her devotion to sharing God with other cultures and people to the point of living among them is unmatched by most. Whether it’s caring for the orphans or even going to the ends of the earth to spread the Gospel, she truly exemplifies the Great Commission in every part of her life. She is a great mother and it’s amazing watching her with her kids.

Amanda is extremely thoughtful, insightful and cares about everyone with whom she interacts. She is usually two steps ahead of others and always goes beyond the call of duty to take care of the details for the Tech Arts ministry.

Simply put, Amanda is a major blessing to everyone she meets.
